If you are anywhere near a Publix, go and buy some Publix Premium Red Velvet ice cream. I was only mildly disappointed (for about two seconds!) that it wasn't chocolate ice cream, but it's sort of pink like it's got red velvet cake crumbs all through it - and it has big chunks of red velvet cake (more like a brownie chunk), pecans and cream cheese icing swirls. It is to die for!
