apparently, and my friend Erin in Arkansas made a big batch of plum jelly! She was kind enough to send me a jar - along with some blueberry muffin mix. Guess what we'll be having for breakfast on Sunday... Thanks so much, Erin!

Nothing better!!! LD just fixed breakfast for us. Yesterday he made peanut butter sandwiches using peach preserves.......mmmm good. My Granny used to make plum jelly when I was little and I still remember the excitement of all the aunts and cousins in the kitchen on jelly making days!
